Details of the timetable which comes into effect on Sunday 9th December 2007 are now available on the National Rail Enquiries web site.  The timetable is also available on the First Great Western web site.

As far as the Cotswold Line is concerned, the main change sees the introduction of the somewhat controversially refurbished High Speed Trains to replace the Adelantes which currently provide the majority of the services.  This will provide considerably increased capacity on the trains involved.  However, it will also involve some retiming of trains as High Speed Trains need more time for acceleration and deceleration and at stations.  All weekday trains below are planned for High Speed Trains except those shown as (TURBO). 

First Great Western advised the CLPG on 5th December that some trains will remain as Adelantes for a short while, but all will be High Speed Trains by the end of March 2008.  Those involved are shown in GREEN.

2056 Worcester SH to London Paddington.	Starts from Worcester FS at 2058. Arrives Oxford 2219 and London 2325 (2322 on Fridays).		2019 London Paddington to Worcester SH (currently a Turbo).	Retimed 2020. Slight retimings on route. Arrives Great Malvern at 2252.
2220 Great Malvern to London Paddington.	Retimed 2233. No longer calls at Malvern Link and Hanborough. Arrives Oxford 2359 and London 0116 (0110 on Fridays) .		2148 London Paddington to Worcester SH.	(TURBO). Slight retimings on route. Arrives Worcester SH at 0007.
