NEW BUS LINK.

A new bus sevice (Johnsons Excelbus No. 23) now runs daily, Mondays-Saturdays, between the North Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon, with two journeys each day. This usefully supplements existing buses 21 and 22 running between these two points via Broadway and Chipping Campden.

Of significance is that route 23 runs directly from Moreton-in-Marsh railway station via Stretton-on-Fosse, Shipston-on-Stour and Ilmington - offering new possibilities of travel by bus and train along the Cotswold Line. Travel on this route is also valid on First Great Western's new Cotswold Discoverer Train and Bus Runabout Ticket, of which there is a one and three day version.

These new buses offer much untapped potential, so it is a case of "USE IT OR LOSE IT".
